Beginner Senior Fitness Class
9:00 AM – 9:30 AM
This class is great for seniors who are returning to in-person exercise. The goal of this class is to work on strengthening, stretching, and balance while using chairs. This class is an intro to other senior classes.
Active Senior Fitness Class
10:00 AM – 10:45 AM
Active Senior Fitness is for those who have been somewhat active on their own and are looking for additional structured dynamic cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance and flexibility…everything active older adults need to maintain health and function as they age.
Classes will be held Tuesdays AND Thursdays, through December 17th!
Classes are taught by Candy M. and will be held in the Marion YMCA’s gymnasium. Classes will be limited to 10 members per class. Masks/face coverings are required to enter the building. All cleaning will be done by staff.
